America's Sewer Structures Are Falling Apart
Every city runs on structures nobody sees: manholes, lift stations, wet wells. Sewer gas eats the concrete, and years of corrosion end in infiltration and lost structural integrity. Cities have spent decades paying for temporary fixes to a permanent problem.

The Triplex Liner System Is the Permanent Fix
The Triplex Liner is not a coating. It is a new structural wall of fiberglass and a continuous corrosion barrier, cured in place inside the existing structure. The structure gets its strength back and keeps it.
The system is patented, proven in service, and designed and tested to last up to 100 years in sewer conditions.
It is installed in cities across the United States, Canada and Australia.

Do It Right Once
Temporary fixes like spray-ons and coatings protect a surface for a short time. Real rehabilitation requires the Triplex Liner: the structure gets its strength and its corrosion protection back in one operation.
That is why cities that have tried both specify the liner. It turns a maintenance cycle into a finished repair.


How It’s Done
Every liner is measured against the structure it will repair and custom built at our factory. On site, the work moves fast: the structure is prepped, the liner is cured in place, and the structure returns to service. For a typical manhole, installation is completed in a single day.
Engineers can request the full specification package. The disruption a city fears from rehabilitation is the part we engineered out.

Measured and Built
Every liner starts at our factory in Northwest Florida, custom built to the measurements of the structure it will repair, in two pieces: the shaft and the bottom disc.

Prepped and Installed
On site, the structure is cleaned back to sound wall. The crew saturates the liner, lowers it in, presses it into full contact with the structure, and cures it in place with steam and air.

Back in Service
The inlets and outlets are cut and reopened, and the structure returns to service with a new structural wall inside the old one. Installation for a typical manhole is completed the same day.




Built for the Toughest Jobs
Eighty-three feet down, in freezing temperatures, in the middle of Edmonton, Alberta. Some structures are critical to a city's health and nearly impossible to take offline: deep, downtown, on streets that cannot close. That is the work this system was built for. The liner goes in through the opening that is already there, one piece, built for that structure, and the street is back the same day.

The Oldest Ones Are the Best Argument
We do not have to describe how the liner ages. It has been in the ground long enough to show you.

Seventeen Years
There is a lined culvert still in service seventeen years later, still one continuous surface with no seams and nothing to feather back.

Twenty-Seven Years
There is a lined manhole opened at twenty-seven years old, opened up and photographed with its bench and invert intact.

Thirty-Four Years
There is a liner installed in Tallahassee in June 1991, photographed in March 2026 and still performing as designed.
