The Triplex Liner is structural fiberglass bonded around a continuous non-porous membrane, cured in place inside the host structure. It is one continuous, corrosion-resistant surface rather than a film applied to a wall that is already failing.

Can we write this into a specification?
Yes. We issue a specification package to the engineer of record on request, with product data, section details and guide specification language.
How is this different from an epoxy or cementitious coating?
A coating protects a surface. The Triplex Liner is a structural wall with its own corrosion barrier, cured in place inside the existing structure.
How long does it last?
The liner is designed and tested to last up to 100 years in sewer conditions. Manholes carry a twenty-year warranty, and lift stations and wet wells carry ten years.
Can it go in where the structure is still leaking?
In many cases, yes. A standard installation handles active leaks roughly ten to fifteen feet down, and about twenty feet of head pressure is the practical limit of the traditional method. Severe infiltration, or a structure that has begun to collapse, calls for other measures first. The real limit depends on ground conditions, the water table and the depth of the structure.
