Every city runs on infrastructure nobody sees: manholes, lift stations, wet wells. Sewer gas eats the concrete, and years of corrosion end in leaks and lost strength. Cities have spent decades paying for temporary fixes to a permanent problem.
The Triplex Liner System Is the Permanent Fix
The Triplex Liner is not a coating. It is a new structural wall of fiberglass and a continuous corrosion barrier, cured in place inside the existing structure. The structure gets its strength back and keeps it.

How It’s Done
Every liner is measured against the structure it will repair and custom built at our factory. On site, the work moves fast: the structure is prepped, the liner is cured in place, and the structure returns to service. For a typical manhole, installation is completed in a single day.
Engineers can request the full specification package. The disruption a city fears from rehabilitation is the part we engineered out.
Measured and Built
Every liner starts at our factory in Northwest Florida, custom built to the measurements of the structure it will repair, in two pieces: the shaft and the bottom disc.
Prepped and Installed
On site, the structure is cleaned back to sound wall. The crew saturates the liner, lowers it in, presses it into full contact with the structure, and cures it in place with steam and air.
Back in Service
The inlets and outlets are cut and reopened, and the structure returns to service with a new structural wall inside the old one. Installation for a typical manhole is completed the same day.
Built for the Toughest Jobs
Deep, in freezing temperatures, in the middle of Edmonton, Alberta. Some structures are critical to a city's health and nearly impossible to take offline: deep, downtown, on streets that cannot close. That is the work this system was built for. The liner goes in through the opening that is already there, one piece, built for that structure, and the street is back the same day.
Working in Florida
Florida owners are working against a rule that expects a collection system to be assessed and repaired on a schedule, not after a failure. We work with Florida municipalities, utility authorities and consulting engineers on the manholes, lift stations, wet wells and culverts that come out of those assessments. The liners are made here, which is the shortest distance in the country between a measured structure and a finished one.

What Florida Asks of a Collection System
Since June of 2023, Florida rule has required every domestic wastewater permittee to keep a pipe assessment, repair and replacement action plan for its collection system, to evaluate at least a quarter of that system across five years, and to report on how the plan is going every June. The stated purpose is to prevent sanitary sewer overflows before they happen.
The work a program like this generates is exactly the work the liner is for: the manholes, lift stations and wet wells an assessment keeps flagging. Rebuilding the wall and restoring the corrosion barrier takes the structure out of the cycle instead of deferring it by a few years.

Does lining count toward a Florida collection system action plan?
Rehabilitating a structure is exactly the kind of work an action plan is meant to produce. The rule asks a utility to assess its system, then repair and replace what the assessment finds. A structure that has been relined has been repaired in a way that should not need repeating on the next cycle, which is the outcome the rule is aiming at.
Do you line lift stations and wet wells, or just manholes?
Both. Manholes are the core application, and lift stations and wet wells are lined with the same system.
We have used coatings before. What changes?
A coating depends on the wall underneath it. The Triplex Liner is a new structural wall, cured in place inside the old one, with the corrosion barrier built into it.
What is the service life?
Up to 100 years in sewer conditions, designed and tested. The warranty is twenty years on manholes and ten years on lift stations and wet wells.
