Every city runs on infrastructure nobody sees: manholes, lift stations, wet wells. Sewer gas eats the concrete, and years of corrosion end in leaks and lost strength. Cities have spent decades paying for temporary fixes to a permanent problem.
How It’s Done
Every liner is measured against the structure it will repair and custom built at our factory. On site, the work moves fast: the structure is prepped, the liner is cured in place, and the structure returns to service. For a typical manhole, installation is completed in a single day.
Engineers can request the full specification package. The disruption a city fears from rehabilitation is the part we engineered out.
Measured and Built
Every liner starts at our factory in Northwest Florida, custom built to the measurements of the structure it will repair, in two pieces: the shaft and the bottom disc.
Prepped and Installed
On site, the structure is cleaned back to sound wall. The crew saturates the liner, lowers it in, presses it into full contact with the structure, and cures it in place with steam and air.
Back in Service
The inlets and outlets are cut and reopened, and the structure returns to service with a new structural wall inside the old one. Installation for a typical manhole is completed the same day.
Do It Right Once
Temporary fixes like spray-ons and coatings protect a surface for a short time. Real rehabilitation requires the Triplex Liner: the structure gets its strength and its corrosion protection back in one operation.
That is why cities that have tried both specify the liner. It turns a maintenance cycle into a finished repair.
Built for the Toughest Jobs
Deep, in freezing temperatures, in the middle of Edmonton, Alberta. What North Carolina Asks of a Collection System
North Carolina permits the whole collection system, not just extensions. Smaller systems are deemed permitted only while they meet standing conditions: a maintained system map, high priority sewers inspected at least every six months, a general observation of the entire system each year, and overflow reporting with public notice. Larger systems hold an individual system wide permit carrying the same duties.
Programs like that turn rehabilitation from an emergency into a schedule, and a schedule is where permanent repairs pay. Every structure that is genuinely rebuilt is one that does not come back into the next assessment wearing the same problem.

Is this a coating?
No. It is a structural fiberglass liner fabricated for one structure and cured in place inside it.
What kinds of structures can be lined?
Manholes, lift stations, wet wells, pump stations and culverts, whatever their size or shape.
What does this do to our operations?
Less than most rehabilitation work. A typical manhole is out of service for a single shift and back in service the same day.
We have active infiltration. Is that a problem?
Usually not. Being able to line a structure that is still taking water is one of the reasons the system was developed. Very heavy infiltration, or a structure that has started to fail structurally, needs other measures first.
How long does it last?
The liner is designed and tested to last up to 100 years in sewer conditions. Manholes carry a twenty-year warranty, and lift stations and wet wells carry ten years.
