Every city runs on infrastructure nobody sees: manholes, lift stations, wet wells. Sewer gas eats the concrete, and years of corrosion end in leaks and lost strength. Cities have spent decades paying for temporary fixes to a permanent problem.

The Triplex Liner System Is the Permanent Fix
The Triplex Liner is not a coating. It is a new structural wall of fiberglass and a continuous corrosion barrier, cured in place inside the existing structure. The structure gets its strength back and keeps it.
The system has been patented, proven in service, and designed and tested to last up to 100 years in sewer conditions.

How It’s Done
Every liner is measured against the structure it will repair and custom built at our factory. On site, the work moves fast: the structure is prepped, the liner is cured in place, and the structure returns to service. For a typical manhole, installation is completed in a single day.
Engineers can request the full specification package. The disruption a city fears from rehabilitation is the part we engineered out.

Measured and Built
Every liner starts at our factory in Northwest Florida, custom built to the measurements of the structure it will repair, in two pieces: the shaft and the bottom disc.

Prepped and Installed
On site, the structure is cleaned back to sound wall. The crew saturates the liner, lowers it in, presses it into full contact with the structure, and cures it in place with steam and air.

Back in Service
The inlets and outlets are cut and reopened, and the structure returns to service with a new structural wall inside the old one. Installation for a typical manhole is completed the same day.
Built for the Toughest Jobs
Deep, in freezing temperatures, in the middle of Edmonton, Alberta. Some structures are critical to a city's health and nearly impossible to take offline: deep, downtown, on streets that cannot close. That is the work this system was built for. The liner goes in through the opening that is already there, one piece, built for that structure, and the street is back the same day.
Working in Texas
Texas has more separate utility owners than any other state we work in, and a manhole outside a small district is held to the same leakage standard as one in a metro system. We work with municipalities, utility districts, water control districts and the engineers who write their specifications. Triplex Liners in Texas
Triplex Liners have been going into Texas sewer structures since 1992. The work spans the state, from the Metroplex to the coast to far west Texas, and it is still going: the most recent Texas installations are in El Paso, where lining has continued through 2026.

What Texas Asks of a Manhole
Texas judges a manhole by whether it holds. Under the state design criteria for domestic wastewater systems, every manhole has to pass a leakage test, and the allowable leakage is 0.025 gallons per foot of diameter per foot of depth per hour.
That is a structural question, not a surface one. A structure that has lost its wall to corrosion does not start holding again because something was sprayed on the inside of it. The Triplex Liner puts a new structural wall and a continuous corrosion barrier inside the existing structure, which is what a watertightness standard is asking for in the first place.

Will a Triplex lined manhole pass the Texas leakage test?
That is what a structural liner is for. The Texas design criteria allow a manhole 0.025 gallons per foot of diameter per foot of depth per hour, and they do not care how old the structure is. The liner is a new watertight wall inside the old one, so the test is being run against the liner rather than against the corroded concrete behind it.
Is this a coating?
No. It is a structural fiberglass liner fabricated for one structure and cured in place inside it.
What kinds of structures can be lined?
Manholes, lift stations, wet wells, pump stations and culverts, whatever their size or shape.
What does this do to our operations?
Less than most rehabilitation work. A typical manhole is out of service for a single shift and back in service the same day.
We have active infiltration. Is that a problem?
Usually not. Being able to line a structure that is still taking water is one of the reasons the system was developed. Very heavy infiltration, or a structure that has started to fail structurally, needs other measures first.
How long does it last?
The liner is designed and tested to last up to 100 years in sewer conditions. Manholes carry a twenty-year warranty, and lift stations and wet wells carry ten years.
