18 years ago the Florida Department of Transportation contracted with us to line a culvert 30 inches in diameter x 75 feet in length. This culvert was at the base of the Destin Pass bridge in Destin, Florida. The FL DOT was concerned that infiltration would undermine the integrity of roadbed.
